Qualifications

Available for extensive travel (no students)

Training experience preferred

Proficient in medical terminology

Clinical experience preferred (MA, LVN, etc.)

 

Job Description

Management of education related to new scribe hires, to include:

Conducting and/or supervising instructional style learning

Coordinating and overseeing practical based learning in the ED

Approving quality measurements of each individual scribe employee, for purposes of:

Graduating to the next level of training

Appropriately completing all necessary components to declare the individual certified as a scribe

Managing resources specific to classroom, practical, and instructor led training, which includes:Manual revisions/additions

Assessments to test comprehension of pertinent manual information

Assessments to test comprehension of classroom content

Assessments/practicals to test EMR proficiency

Classroom material/content

Assist with resolution of any issues pertaining to trainee quality, development or progression

Assist with any issues relating to hardware provided by facility and make recommendations for proper supplies

Ensure comprehension of proper procedures on the ground and appropriate knowledge of surroundings

In order to become a CTS you must first be a Scribe with the company on a trial basis. If hired, you will train as a general Scribe and your progress and overall competency will be monitored closely by our staff. If successful completion of the CTS training regiment is met, you will then be certified and eligible to begin projects immediately.
